LSE shareholders approved a merger with Deutsche Boerse

On Monday, shareholders of London Stock Exchange Group Plc (LSEG), the operator of the London Stock Exchange (LSE), almost unanimously (99.89%) have approved a merger with Deutsche Boerse AG.
